BEHIND THE NAME
As a native Floridian, my style has always been influenced by my environment and experiences. Growing up collecting seashells along the shore, riding horses through orange groves, or driving with the windows down on a hot summer day; it's no wonder I'm so inspired by the natural movement of a salt infused breeze or the rolling drum of waves crashing against the earth. I chose the name 1845 Local because I wanted to pay homage to the beautiful place that raised me– the place that became a state in 1845.
